The first step in your Residential Move is to get a cost estimate and move plan started. We believe in-home walk-throughs are best to begin the estimate and move planning. Meeting the customer in person can help with trust, communicating and understanding their specific needs that directly relate to their move inventory and logistics.
More and more we are doing virtual walk-throughs via video phone calls or getting an inventory and details just speaking over the phone. Sometimes the customer has an inventory and or weight estimate already. We help do whatever it takes to make it easiest for our customers and the estimate accurate as possible. This lays way to make the physical part of the move successful. We are here to help make it happen.
We take inventory of items to be packed and or moved. We then provide you with a detailed written estimate sent to your email. The estimate will outline dates, start times, addresses, services and materials costs, etc. The more detailed and planned your move is the better the experience and more accurate the estimate.
If something changes from the original estimate for any reason, we will provide a updated supplemental estimate at that time.
